No Windows CD included, but could provide driver and manual CD for motherboard if required. Could install other useful software such as Google Chrome, CD Burner, Acrobat Reader and Open Office.
Note that the motherboard backplate is missing on this tower, this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the functionality of the tower.
