Is the netgear n300 wn111 compatible with windows 7 -

Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 1GB Graphics Card
The graphics card fan makes a bit of noise when first installed into a PC case but once you stop and start the fan it stays silent until the PC case or graphics card is moved again. Apart from the fan everything is working 100%, I have recently played the new PC game Max Payne 3 on it and it worked flawlessly and it runs really quiet and cool. Not looking at selling any lower, thanks.
